Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We currently accept returns only for defective items and exchanges for size. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@taerswim.com with your order number, reason, and images. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Processing Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective items, and exchanges are available for size or color. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Exchanges

To request an exchange, email contact@taerswim.com. Exchanges depend on product availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

5. Sale Items

Items marked as "sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
